At time of inspection, free chlorine (FCL) level registered at 10.55 ppm (FCL for spas must be within 3.00 - 10.00 ppm). CPO is adding more water, as the water level was a little low when he arrived.

At time of inspection, the pressure gauge on the filter is broken. Replace pressure gauge.
At time of inspection, the total alkalinity registered at 245 ppm (alkalinity must be within 60 - 180 ppm). CPO added muriatic acid to the spa, to lower the pH and the total alkalinity.

At time of inspection, the pH is still high (8.2, at time of inspection; pH must be 7.2-7.8). PIC will have the CPO adjust. Pool/spa area already closed with door locked (and with "closed" signage), at time of inspection. Spa must remain closed, until pH is within range and spa passes re-inspection.
