9/8/2025: PIC states Dekle Plumbing was contacted to schedule gas-fired equipment inspections. According to PIC, Dekle Plumbing is booked for this week, but they have scheduled to perform the inspections on 9/15/2025. PIC states she will email the completed gas-fired equipment inspection forms, once the inspections have been performed.


9/17/2025: The Person-in-Charge (PIC) emailed me the completed gas-fired equipment inspection forms. The forms have been printed and added to the facility's physical file. This violation has been corrected
