At time of inspection, observed a box of creamer packets stored in a cabinet in the breakfast area. There is a pipe in the cabinet that has some sort of granular substance on the pipe, as well as on the bottom of the cabinet. COS: PIC removed the box from the cabinet. PIC states she will ask Maintenance to take a look at the pipe and troubleshoot the issue. Food items must not be stored underneath piping. PIC states no food products or any items will be stored in this cabinet, until the issue is resolved and the cabinet is clean and dry.
