At time of inspection, the depth and "NO DIVING" markers are severely faded on the pool deck. Replace the depth and "NO DIVING" markers.

At time of inspection, the hook was missing from the pole. COS: CPO found the hook in the pump room and re-attached it to the pole.

At time of inspection, the cyanuric acid level registered as "Hi" on the test kit. CPO is cutting back on tablet usage (for the winter) and is adding fresh water at time of inspection.

At time of inspection, the emergency phone was not functioning properly (a new phone has been installed and there was power to the phone, but there was no dial tone and the phone would not dial out). Front desk manager states she will have maintenance check the phone and will contact EH office once the phone is operational. Front desk manager placed a "closed" sign on the gate and will keep the pool closed until it has passed re-inspection.
