Observed in reach-in cooler: raw chicken beside raw shrimp, raw shrimp beside tomatoes, and raw chicken beside cut potatoes. PIC moved items to appropriate locations.

Observed dish machine at bar, three compartment sink, and dish machine in kitchen below minimum ppm for sanitizer. Observed clean pan with old date label still attached.
