CA: PIC covered the fries and the buckets of corn starch and magnesol. PIC was advised that all food should be covered and protected.

RCA: PIC was advised that the floors shall be cleaned and maintained in good repair and to monitor in order to ensure cleaning is being done as scheduled.

RCA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed, such as after closing.
