Lactic acid sanitizer at concentration below 200-400ppm in use at 3 compartment sink. CA: Maintain sanitizer concentration at 200-400ppm lactic compound as recommended. COS- employee added sanitizer to required concentration.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed tongs stored between uses on oven door handle. COS- employee removed tongs from door handle.
