Observed several items in establishment without discard dates. Corrective action (CA): Ready-to-eat (RTE) food must have a discard date not more than 7-days including the day of preparation. Discard dates were added to time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods.

Observed no written notification stating which of the nine major food allergens may be present in food establishment.

Observed basement door propped open. Keep all exterior doors closed. Door shut during inspection.

Observed containers stacked wet on shelf.

Observed boxes and other debris on ground around dumpsters.
