Observed raw shall eggs stored above raw chicken, raw chicken above raw steak and next to avocado and raw steak above cheese in the walk-in cooler. Advised on proper storage. Raw animal products shall be stored according to their final cook temperature. COS: Employee re-arranged WIC.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed employee pour hot liquid in hand sink from steam table. Also observed employee fill pitcher at the hand sink in the main kitchen. Advised PIC hand sinks shall be used for hand washing only. COS: Employees discontinued using hand sinks.
