Observed stained ceiling tiles near WIC area in need of cleaning. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.

Observed one employee touch garments - don glove - initiate prep at stove-top. Observed another employee touch hat and handle clean dishes at heat lamp services area. Advised PIC employees shall handwash after touching body part before prep - handle utensils. COS: Had both employees cease and handwash.
