Observed several TCS foods no cold holding at 41°F or below. Advised to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below at all times.

Observed facility no indicating to customers in writing the presence of major food allergens in food sold to the customer. Advised to update.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed food contact surface of the panel in the interior of the ice machine with pink/black substance. Advised to discontinue using ice from ice machine as ingredient or beverages until ice machine has been cleaned.

Upon arrival, observed meat in dish prep area thawing in stagnate water. Discussed proper thawing methods.
