Observed food contact surface of white panel of ice machine stains- pink mold like substance and underside of ice bin lid in need of cleaning. Equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned: At a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

Upon arrival, observed 2025 food service permit posted. Post the permit in a location conspicuous to consumers.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed stained ceiling tiles in main kitchen area. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
