Observed maximum peak occupancy sign not filled om during arrival of inspection. A sign stating the theoretical peak occupancy and hours of operation must be posted near the entrance of the pool. COS - CPO filled in peak occupancy sign.

Observed piping in pump room missing directional flow arrows. Piping must be identified with directional arrows to indicate the flow of water. COS - CPO placed directional flow arrows on piping in the pump room.

Observed barrier opening greater than 4-inches at entry point of pool (left-side) in need of correction. Openings in the barrier shall not allow passage of a four-inch diameter sphere.

Observed pool deck obstructed by multiple construction items, plastic containers, and machinery. obstructing pump room and multiple signage at time of inspection. The deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.

Observed no pool hours sign or theoretical peak occupancy signage at time of inspection. A sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy. COS: CPO obtained Pool Hours Sign.

Observed direction of flow not marked at time of inspection. All piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. All piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves. COS: Had CPO place direction of flow arrows.

Observed a couple missing weirs in pool. COS- weirs were installed.

Observed hours of operation and theoretical peak occupancy signage not posted near the entrance of the pool. Advised CPO/PIC that a sign stating the hours of operation and the theoretical peak occupancy shall be posted near the entrance of the pool.

Observed no theoretical peak occupancy and pool hours sign posted at time of inspection. Advised CPO shall place sign stating hours of operation and theoretical peak occupancy near entrance.
