Observed 1 entry way door from main building not self latching. COS: PIC adjusted so entry way door self closed/self latched. Advised to monitor both pool entry way doors and ensure they continue to self close and self latch. The two iron gates leading to parking lot are always locked to bathers as per PIC.

Observed emergency phone not working. Advised to repair and ensure direct 911 access and that 911 operator can clearly hear caller and has location of pool. Advised to post pool address next to emergency phone.
