Observed fridges in need of repair and replacement in rooms 101,104,112, 120, 156, 118, 146, 103 and 148. Advised to repair/clean. Also observed lamps in need of replacement in rooms 152, 133 146, 118, 135. Also observed stained or torn curtains in rooms 146, 103, 102. Observed chairs and dressers in rooms 120, 137, 114, 112, 156, and 139. CA: All furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed linens in rooms: 102, 112, 118, 120, 156, 137, 139, and 114 in need of cleaning or replacement. CA: Linens shall be kept clean and in good condition

Observed torn or dirty gaskets on fridges in rooms 105, 131, 135, 117, 121, 143, 120, 127, 141, and 122. Advised to repair/clean. CA: All furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed food contact surface of ice machine with pink mold-like substances on interior white panel. Advised PIC If self-service ice is provided, then it shall be from an approved water supply. In all new tourist accommodations, and in existing tourist accommodations when machines are replaced, only automatic dispensing ice machines will be allowed. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed unlabeled cleanser bottle on housekeeping cart and also observed spray bottles with cleanser stored next to single use cups. Advised to label spray bottle with name of cleanser and separate spray bottles from single use articles. CA: All cleansers outside of original bottle shall be labeled and cleansers separated from signle use articles

Observed hot water measuring above 120 degrees F in rooms 117, 111, 105, 156, 103, 131, 135, 146, 138, 122, 124, 134, 110, and 118. Advised to lower. CA: Hot water shall not exceed 120 degrees F in guest rooms

Observed no gas fired equipment inspection on file at facility. Advised to obtain. CA: All gas fired equipment must be inspected annually and records kept on file

Observed stains on lampshade for rooms 117, 103, 131. Advised to replace lampshades. CA: All furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed 2023 permit posted in prominent display. Advised PIC The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed stains on lampshade for rooms: 108, 120, 146, 115. Observed rusting and debris inside of microwave for rooms: 110, 146, 115 (minor), 130, 108, 134 105, 142, 112. Observed stains on curtains for rooms: 146. Observed rusting on AC Unit for rooms: 136 (also missing AC Blades). Observed stains or debris inside cabinet drawer or dresser drawers for room 115, 108, 130, 134, 105. Observed stains on chairs and chairs in disrepair for rooms 136, 268, 108, 134, 105. Observed rust on fridge for room 112. Observed front-door in need of repair for room 112. Observed burn marks on table top for room 156. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed stains on bedlinens, pillows, or bed skirt for rooms: 108, 105, 134, 110, 120, 112, 146, 136, 115. Observed burn marks on mattress for room: 142. Advised PIC Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry for rooms: 108, 130, 142, 134, 105, 110 (minor), 120, 146, 136, 115, 112, 122, 268, 138, 156, 132, 117. Advised PIC Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means

Observed baseboards in need of cleaning for rooms: 108, 130, 142, 134, 105, 112, 122, 168, 156, 138, 132, 117. Observed stains on walls for rooms: 112, 122, 168, 156, 138, 132, 117, 130, 134, 115 (ceiling and walls). Observed burn marks or stains on carpet for rooms: 156, 112, 138, 146, 136. Advised PIC Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean

Observed cigarette burns in tubs in rooms 114 & 113. Observed cabinet door under sink in room 213 in need of repair. Advised PIC to repair. CA: All bathroom fixtures shall be kept in good repair

Observed baseboards in bathrooms in rooms 115, 103 in need of repair. Also observed cracks in floor of bathroom in room 114. CA: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be kept in good repair
