Observed facility without a food allergy awareness training. Advised PIC employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness as it relates to their assigned duties. Advised to obtain/create a food allergy awareness training and provide to the health authority upon request. New violation. Correct by 03/20/2026

Observed multiple bulk containers of flour and seasoning stored in the dry storage area in the main kitchen unlabeled. Advised PIC except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakenly recognized, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages shall be cleanly and legibly identified in English, with the common name. Advised PIC to label all bulk containers of flour and seasoning. New violation, correct by 03/20/2026
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present

Observed visible light entry at the bottom of the screen door with the back door open. Advised PIC outer openings of a food service facility shall be protected from the entry of pests and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. COS- PIC closed the back door of the facility to eliminate visible light entry.

Observed interior of RIF 1 and RIF 2 (non-food contact surface) stored in the main kitchen as clean with excessive food debris. Advised PIC that non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and free of the accumulation of dust, debris, and residue. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean the interior of RIF 1 and RIF 2.
