Observed no verifiable manner that employees were informed of their responsibility to report symptoms & illnesses to management. Advised PIC to review policy with employees & have policy readily available.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed heavy debris on the surfaces of lids, containers, tops, brushes, can opener stored in ware washing area. Advised PIC all food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight & touch.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

No hot was available at the front hand sink. Advised PIC hot water shall be available at all times.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing

Observed most recent food service permit not posted. Advised PIC the most recent food service report shall be posted at all times.

Observed shelves with excessive debris used to store clean dishes. Advised to clean
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed floors under equipment and walls with excessive build up on the surfaces. Advised to clean.
