Also observed warmer cabinet #1 with an ambient temperature of 66 degrees F in the main kitchen (not in use). Advised PIC equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2) of the Rule. Advised to have RIC #2 and warmer cabinet #1 serviced.
