Observed the shower heads in rooms: 201, 111, 213 had a soap scum or buildup on the shower head. Advised PIC that all bathing facility fixtures shall be maintained and in good repair

Observed stains on drapes in room 109, observed stain on lamp shade in room 220, observed rips and tears on chairs in room 206, observed wood chipped on dressers in rooms 206 and 220, nightstands in rooms 206 and 210 and headboard in room 210. Advised PIC all furniture shall be maintain in good repair

Observed stains on sheets and/or mattress pads in rooms 103 and 210. Observed hairs on sheets in room 206. Observed holes in comforters in rooms 109 and 210. Advised PIC all bed linens shall be maintained in good repair at all times

Observed stains on mattress covers in rooms 110 and 201. Advised PIC all bed covering shall be maintained and clean at all times

Observed fire detectors in disrepair in rooms 110 and 206. Advised to repair

Observed large box on single use cups on floor in laundry room. Advised PIC all single use articles shall be stored at least 6 inches oof the floor

Observed debris inside of dresser drawers in room 103; observed rusting on clothes rack in room 107; observed food splatter inside of microwaves in rooms 107, 108, and 111; observed staining on lamp shade in bedrooms in rooms 108 and 111' observed staining on light fixture above vanity in room 107. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised to clean all furniture and accessories in guestrooms

Observed staining on mattress cover, pillows, and mattress in rooms 108, 107, and 110. Advised PIC Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Advised PIC to clean mattress covers, pillows, and mattress

Observed burn marks in the bathtub in room 107; observed hairs in bathtub in room 108; observed missing light cover in the bathroom in rooms 108 and 110. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised to repair and clean bathrooms in rooms listed

Observed visible light entry to guestroom entrance doors in rooms 103, 107, 108, 110, and 111. Advised PIC Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to install weatherstrip/sealant to guestroom entrance doors

Observed 2 bottles of furniture polish and 1 bottle of window cleaning stored directly next to multiple single-service cups. Advised PIC housekeeper carts shall be so arranged that clean replacement supplies, clean linens, and cleaned and sanitized multi-use equipment and utensils shall be protected from soiled items being removed from each room. COS: PIC removed chemical bottles away from single-service cups

Observed food splatter inside microwave in rooms 103, 106, 107 and 105; observed debris inside dresser drawers in rooms 105, 103, and 107; observed stain on towel near sink in room 104. Advised PIC that all furniture in guestrooms shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed stains on mattress, pillows. linens, and mattress covers in rooms 104, 106, 105, and 107. Advised PIC that bed, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, and bed coverings shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed minor staining on shower curtain in room 107; observed rusting and debris on bathroom vent in rooms 107 and 105; observed hairs inside bathtub in room 104; observed paint peeling on bathroom wall near shower in room 107. Advised PIC that toilet/lavatory bathing facility fixtures and rooms shall be kept clean and maintained

Observed missing ceiling tiles inside laundry room area. Advised PIC that laundry areas shall be kept clean and in good repair
