Observed multiple sanitizer buckets stored on top prep area, where drinks are prepped. Advised PIC Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by: separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning.

Observed no inspection report posted at drive-thru window. Advised PIC food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

Observed multiple employees handling, working with food throughout the facility not wearing proper hair restraint. Advised PIC Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.

Observed visible light entry underneath backdoor at main kitchen leading to the outside. Advised PIC outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors, or other means: weather-stripping, door sweep.

Observed during inspection hot water fluctuating not meeting peak hot water demands at multiple handwashing stations at front-food service (measuring below 100F). Advised PIC Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. COS: PIC ceased taking orders until corrected. PIC restarted hot water tank and peak hot water demands were restored (after 2 minutes) and verified at time of inspection (all handsinks & 3-compartment sink), was allowed to resume operation after correction.
