Observed expired CFSM posted. Advised to obtain within 30 days and post new CFSM certificate. CA: All food services with TCS food items shall have a certified food safety manager and certificate posted.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(r) - single-service/single-use articles, use limitations (c)
Observed Kikkoman soy sauce containers being reused for other food items in walk in cooler and dry storage. Advised PIC must not reuse single service containers. Facility was advised on this on previous inspections. CA: Do not reuse single service containers, in this case soy sauce containers.

Observed cell phone stored on prep counter and employee drinks on prep counter near grill prep. Also observed employee food stored with facility food in walk in cooler. COS: PIC moved to designated areas. CA: Place employee personal items in designated area.
