Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed multiple food contact surfaces of metal pan lids stored as clean with residue near the 3-compartment sink in the main kitchen. Advised PIC that food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Advised PIC to wash, rinse, and sanitize metal pan lids.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed RIC#1 in the main kitchen not in use and in disrepair with an ambient temperature of 64°F. Advised PIC equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2) of this rule. Advised PIC to have unit serviced or repaired.
