Observed stains in microwave for rooms: 148; rust in microwave for room: 230, 324; tear on the chair for rooms 121, 215, 335, Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed visible light entry at front door for the following rooms: 227, 336, 316, 312, 121, 215, 324, 310. Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means

Observed hot water temperatures above 120F for rooms: 307 (133F), 201 (139F), 314 (134F), 208 (137F). Advised PIC existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed expired gas-fired inspection report dated: 4-21-2024. Advised PIC all gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority

Observed the following violations: rusting and staining microwave (Rooms 339, 208, and 142), missing lamp shades (Rooms 142, 314, 323), staining in dresser drawers (Rooms 327, 208), hole in chair (room 314). Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed the following violations: stains on boxspring, pillows, and mattress cover (Rooms 339, 327, 319, 314, 233, 307), torn pillowcase (Room 327), hole on mattress cover (Room 314). Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed the following violations: toilet in disrepair (room 327), paint peeling in bathroom ceiling (room 319), debris on bathroom vent (room 323), rusting on shower rod (room 307). Advised PIC Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry at front door for the following rooms: 339, 327, 319, 314, 208, 233, 142, 332, 323, 316, 307, 201, 233. Advised PIC anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed hot water temperatures above 120F for rooms: 303 (126F), 308 (127F), 207 (125F), 202 (121F), 251 (127F). Advised PIC hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed rusting microwaves for rooms: 313, 207, 216, 130, 148, 151. Observed rusting on door for room: 251. Advised PIC All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed debris, residue, or build-up on showerhead for rooms: 303, 216, 127, 130, 149. Observed burn marks on fixture around sink for room: 313. Observed debris on bathroom vent for room: 207, 127. Observed stains on bathroom door for room: 127. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed vinyl in disrepair around toilet (130). Advised to repair vinyl

Observed hot water exceeding 120F in rooms (107, 216, 228, 330, 308, 108, 223, 321). Advised PIC water shall not exceed 120F

Last gas/fire inspection was conducted on 7/2022. Advised PIC this inspection shall be conducted yearly by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, failure to comply may result in revocation of permit. Inspection shall be conducted within 3 days per Inspector Polk

Observed stains on mattress, pillows, mattress toppers, sheets in rooms (107, 216, 228, 330, 308, 108, 121, 223, 321, 310). Advised PIC that all bed linen shall be in good condition, properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed no anti-slip in rooms (308, 330, 228, 216, 107, 108, 223, 321, 310). Advised anti-slip shall be provided & in good conditions
