Observed stains on curtains for room 212, 106; stains inside of microwave for room 212; stains on chair for room 106. Observed lamps in rooms 103, and 203 wit rust stains in them. Observed debris in microwave and fridge in rooms 103, and 203. Advised PIC Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed stains on bed for room 106, stains on mattress for room 211, stains on pillows for room 212. Observed stains on mattress in rooms: 103, and 202.Observed stains on linens and pillows in rooms 103 and 203. Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed paint chipping in bathroom ceiling for room 106, stains on bathroom ceiling for room 212, debris accumulation on bathroom vents for room 212, 211. Observed towels with stains and were well worn in rooms: 103 and 203. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed black like substance on the lip of the interior of the ice machine. Advised PIC existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed staining on curtain in room 102; observed staining and debris is dresser drawers in rooms 102, 105, 109, 203, and 204; observed lamp shade with staining in rooms 204 and 105; observed severe rusting and staining on the interior portion of microwaves in rooms 102, 105, 109, and 203; observed mini fridge with staining and residue in rooms 102 and 203. Advised PIC ll furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all furniture and accessories in the rooms listed

Observed staining and hairs on mattress, mattress covers and bed linens in rooms 102, 109, 203, and 204. Advised PIC that beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Advised PIC to adequate clean mattresses, mattress covers and bed linens

Observed debris in tub in room 102; observed paint peeling on bathroom ceiling in room 105; observed stained towels in room 102. Advised PIC that Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry at the front door of guest rooms in rooms 102, 105, 109, and 203. Advised PIC that Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Advised PIC to place weatherstrip/sealant to entry doors of guestrooms

Observed stains on lampshade for rooms: 103, 104, 203, 204. Observed stains on chair for room: 104. Observed crack on bathroom door (room 103), pink residue on showerhead (room 104), stains on bathroom vent (room 203), and debris on bathroom vent (room 204). Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed ventilation hang & not working rooms (205 & 208). Advised to replace vent cover and ensure ventilation is working

Observed rooms missing anti-slip (103, 208) Advised PIC to install anti-slip

Observed chemical bottles not labeled. Advised to label chemical bottles

Observed food splatter, debris, and rusting in microwave in rooms 102, 103, 109, 206, and 204; observed debris inside dresser drawers in rooms 204, 206, 109, and 103; observed stains on chair in rooms 204, 103, and 206; observed stains on lamp shade in room 206; observed residue in mini-fridge in rom 103. Advised PIC that all furniture shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed hair and tears on mattress cover in rooms 102, and 103; observed stains on bed linens and mattress cover in room 109, 206, and 204. Advised OCU that all bed linens and mattress covers shall be kept clean at all times

Observed current 2023 Tourist Accommodation permit not prominently displayed in public view. Advised PIC that a current Tourist Accommodation permit shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times

Observed rusting/staining near tub drain in rooms 103, 204; observed staining in tub in room 206; observed dust/debris on bathroom vent in rooms 102, 103, 109, and 204; observed staining on bathroom ceiling in bathroom in room 206 and 102; observed crack in bathroom door in room 103; observed staining on shower curtain in room 103. Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed box of single-use cups stored on floor in storage area. Advised PIC that all single-use items shall be stored at least 6 inches off of the floor in order to protect against contamination
