27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed stains on curtains in the following rooms: 104, and 106. Observed rust and debris in the microwave in the following rooms: 225 and 205. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed stains on the linens in the following rooms: 104 (mattress pad), 106 (pillow protectors), 205 (sheets), 225(Pillows/Linens), 227 (Pillows/Mattress pads). Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed debris on the shower head in the following rooms: 104, 106, 205, 225, 227. Advised PIC Toilet fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair
24 - openings to outside and physical facilities protected by tight-fitting doors, screening, or other means
Regulation: 511-6-2-.13(3) - insect and rodent control-openings
Observed visible light entry along vertical edge of front-door for rooms 104, 106, 225, and 227. Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Advised PIC to place sealant/weatherstrip on entrance doors of guestrooms listed
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(8) - ice supply
Observed black mold like substance on the interior of the ice machine located on the first floor. Advised PIC ice machines shall be kept clean
