Observed stains on curtains in the following rooms: 104, and 106. Observed rust and debris in the microwave in the following rooms: 225 and 205. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed stains on the linens in the following rooms: 104 (mattress pad), 106 (pillow protectors), 205 (sheets), 225(Pillows/Linens), 227 (Pillows/Mattress pads). Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed debris on the shower head in the following rooms: 104, 106, 205, 225, 227. Advised PIC Toilet fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry along vertical edge of front-door for rooms 104, 106, 225, and 227. Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Advised PIC to place sealant/weatherstrip on entrance doors of guestrooms listed

Observed black mold like substance on the interior of the ice machine located on the first floor. Advised PIC ice machines shall be kept clean

Advised PIC All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to replace microwaves in rooms 204 and 206 and to thoroughly clean the interior of couch in room 122

Observed staining on mattress cover in room 109; observed staining on bed linen in rooms 206; observed multiple holes on mattress cover in room 209. Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Advised PIC to replace mattress cover in room 209 and to thoroughly clean mattress cover and bed linen in room 206 and 109

Observed stains on pillows in rooms 110, 123,229. Observed stains on the mattress insert in rooms 103, 110. Observed stains on mattress pads and mattress protector in rooms 103, 107, 123, 229 and 226. Advised PIC that all mattresses, bed linens, and mattress covers shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed build up, pink mold-like substance on the shower heads in rooms 103, 110, and 226. Advisee PIC all toilet/lavatory/ bathing facilities shall all be in good repair

Advised PIC that all mattresses, bed linens, and mattress covers shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times
