Observed pH level is undetectable. Tested water sample color turned to amethyst. Maintenance employee stated muramic acid dispensed in to pool around 10:00 am. CA: pH level range: 7.2 - 7.8 ppm.

Observed pool log did not have proper documentation when pH levels were too high. CA: When pool chemical levels are above and/or below manufacturer's chemical testing range, CPO/PIC must document chemicals used to treat pool; and when pool repairs are required. Pool room should be locked and sign post Pool Closed - also should be documented in log book.
Observed music system volume was extremely high. While verifying 911 phone operability, EHS had difficulty hearing 911 operator voice. CA: Keep music volume extremely low and/or turn music off. PIC turned pool music speaker off.
