Equipment and/or utensils stored double stacked in the kitchen area are not being air-dried or adequately drained after cleaning and sanitizing them before using them in contact with food. PIC Will have employees to properly stack the clean dishes to air dry.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(a) - equipment and utensils, constructed of durable materials (c)
Equipment and/or utensils in the establishment are not designed and constructed to be durable to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions-several non commercial crockpots-PIC will have the crockpots removed or stored in personal space for employee use only.

Observed the use of 2 upright chest freezers used for storing foods for the facility that are not commercial grade. PIC will have chest freezers removed and replaced with commercial grade freezers.
