PIC replaced sanitizer container at warewashing machine, but pressure was not strong enough to pump sanitizer into machine. Service call placed by PIC during inspection. Dishes shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized in a three-compartment sink until repairs can be made to bar warewashing machine.
