Observed outdated inspection report posted in facility. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times. New inspection report shall be printed and posted upon receipt.

Observed no test strips available to measure chemical sanitizer concentration at three-compartment sink in main kitchen area. Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. Chlorine sanitizer and chlorine test strips relocated to three-compartment sink until original chemical supply and test strips can be re-supplied.

Observed no trash can located at either handwash sink in front food service area. If disposable towels are used at handwashing sinks, a waste receptacle shall be located at each handwashing sink or group of adjacent sinks. Manager ordered purchase of trash cans during inspection.
