2-1B - hands clean and properly washed
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(c) - when to wash (p)
Observed employee work handling trash/boxes than immediately glove up and begin handling ready to eat foods. After engaging in different task that contaminates hands or before putting on gloves to handle foods, employee should wash their hands. Employee stopped tasked, took off gloves, washed their hands and put on new gloves during inspection.

Observed multiple bags of lettuce with a use by date of 4/15/26 stored in reach-in cooler. Food items should be discarded by expiration date. All food items discarded during inspection.
