Observed employee eating on top of reach-in freezer in main kitchen area. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas.
4-2A - food stored covered
Observed two containers of food stored uncovered in reach-in freezer. Observed two containers of food stored uncovered in reach-in cooler. Food shall be covered to prevent contamination. Food covered during inspection.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed multiple stacks of metal and plastic containers wet-stacked in sink area. Equipment and utensils shall be air-dried. Containers separated and allowed to air dry during inspection.
