Observed scoop handle stored in contact with food on dry storage shelf. Utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container during pauses of food preparation or dispensing. PIC removed scoop from food item during inspection.

Observed multiple containers of pizza toppings stored beyond their use by date, including herb garlic spread 08/02, crisp topping 07/08, and big pepperoni 08/04. All items discarded during inspection.
