Observed raw beef stored on top of raw chicken, raw ground beef stored with raw bacon and raw chicken stored next to ready-to eat food items. Food items should be stored in proper food storage order. Food items repositioned during inspection.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no paper towels at handwash sink. Handwash sink should be provided with had drying provisions. PIC added paper towels during inspection.
