13-189(c)(1): The pool water pH shall be maintained between 7.2 - 7.8 at all times. Observed pH at 7.0. Imminent health hazard corrected on site to 7.2. Pool may re-open.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required four turnovers per day. The flow meter was reading at 95 GPM and should be at 116 GPM.
