13-201(c)(3)1 lavatory, with tempered water with a temperature range of 70°F to 104°F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. I observed no hot water in either of the boys or girls pool bathrooms.

13-201(j)An adequately sized, covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in each men and women’s sanitary facility area. The boy's bathroom had a trash can without a lid and liner. The girls bathroom had no trash can at all.

13-188(h)(9)A minimum of 1 covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided and placed in a convenient location in the pool area. The pool area had a trash can without a lid and liner.

13-202(g) An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location hall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Pool phone was not connected.

13-189(c)(1) The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less 3 ppm and exceed no more than 10 ppm. Chlorine was recorded at .09.

13-188(H)(3) Pool deck should be maintained, unobstructed, and clean. Pool deck had trash strewn about, debris, and cockroaches crawling across deck.
