V #37: There must be safe storage of chemicals and equipment room. Observed equipment room was unsecured and open (advised that they could add a fence or cage around it). CPO had to use ladder to enter from pool area. Advised to provide a proper entrance gate to pump area with lock. Advised to provide cover over equipment area. Observed chemicals were stored unsecured.
