13-202(a)(2) entry to pool shall be through a self-closing, self-latching gate. Observed: gate does not self-close, no spring present on gate. Advised to keep gate closed, as it was wide open upon arrival

13-189(c)(6) water shall be of such clarity that main drains are visible, main drains are currently not visible

13-190(a) all circulation systems, including pumps shall function properly. observed: pump not functioning, no water running through

13-190(a) equipment must be ran to ensure one turnover every 6 hours. Observed: no flow reading, pump is not operating. Flow meter must read 89 GPM

13-202(m) safety rules shall be easily readable from pool area. Observed: no hours of operation or number for bather load sign. Sign is required to read 52 occupants

13-202(i) each pool facility shall have a departmentally approved EAP. Observed: no EAP present, provided management with template. They are in the process of making the EAP

13-190(a) skimmers must be clean and well maintained. Half of this pool's skimmers were ill maintained.

13-197(a) and 13-197(i) The pool's chemical feeder was not working, and the CPO admitted to having his staff shock the pool before the inspection to get the FCL level to proper range

13-205(b)(1) the turnover rate for the pool was low

13-189(c)(2) the cyanuric acid levels of the pool exceeded 100

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate. -flow meter was not functioning at time of inspection. -CPO verbalized that the plan was to replace flow meter.

13-189(a)(5): visible scum on pool surfaces shall be removed immediately. -observed considerable staining at the bottom of the pool.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine must be between 3.0-10.0ppm in all parts of the pool. Conducted many tests in which the chlorine was 8.45ppm, 9.45ppm, 10.4ppm, 10.2ppm, and 10.7ppm. Maintenance informed me of shock being added to the pool I think that's what caused the high levels.

13-190(a): the turnover for the pool shall reach a minimum of 6 per day. GPM was at 55 and needs to be at 88.

13-189(a)(5): the pool shall be kept from sediment & debris. There is staining around the inlets.

13-189(c)(6): the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains are showing. The main drains are not visible. Maintenance supervisor added shock to the pool causing it to be super cloudy

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained between 3.0ppm-10.0ppm. It was twice at 1.80ppm and 1.93ppm. It spiked to 12.2ppm when the maintenance supervisor added the shock to the pool.

13-202(i): the float line shall be placed at the 5 foot marker to indicate deeper waters. The float line wasn't set up upon inspection but the maintenance supervisor fixed it.

13-189(a)(5): pool shall be kept free from sediment and debris. There is severe staining towards the return inlets

13-190(a): an adequately sized flow meter shall be operated continuously on the return line. The flow meter was on the return line but not operable.

13-201(c)(3): bathrooms shall have water with a temperature range of 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. There was no hot water upon testing.

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be free of dirt and debris via brushing and vacuuming. There is staining around the return inlets and the pool surface was dirty. The surface needs to be brushed, acid washed, or resurfaced.
