13-189(c)(1) chlorine shall not be less than 3 ppm, the current level is 2.83 ppm

13-189(c)(2) cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Observed: cyanuric acid level at 117 ppm

13-202(k) each pool shall be supplied with a readily available first aid kit, there is no first aid kit available

13-202(a)(2) entry to pool shall be through a self-closing, self-latching gate. Observed: gate does not self-close, no spring present on gate. Advised to keep gate closed, as it was wide open upon arrival

13-189(c)(6) water shall be of such clarity that main drains are visible, main drains are currently not visible

13-189(c)(1) free chlorine shall not exceed 10 ppm. Observed: chlorine level measured 11.21 ppm. Advised to drain part of the pool and refill with fresh water to help clarity and chlorine level

13-190(a) equipment must be ran to ensure one turnover every 6 hours. Observed: no flow reading, skimmers not operating due to water level. Flow meter must read 77 GPM

13-190(a) all circulation systems, including skimmers, shall function properly. Observed: water level too low to observe skimmer function

13-193 (a) sand filters shall have an access port for inspection, must have influent and effluent pressure gauges. Observed: non-functional pressure gauge, reading of 0 when the pump was operating

13-202(m) safety rules shall be easily readable from pool area. Observed: no hours of operation or number for bather load sign. Sign is required to read 88 occupants

13-202(i) each pool facility shall have a departmentally approved EAP. Observed: no EAP present, provided management with template. They are in the process of making the EAP

13-189(c)(2) The cyanuric acid should be lower than 100ppm. This pool's cyanuric acid level was 126ppm.

13-189(c)(1) The chlorine levels of this pool were very low

13-189(c)(1) the pH of the pool was out of recommended range

13-197(a) and 13-197(i) the pool's chemical feeder was not operational, and the pool staff shocked the pool before the inspection to try to get chlorine to proper range

13-190(a) the pool's sand filter was not operational. Also, sand was caked on the outside of the filter

13-205(b)(1) the pool's turnover rate was lower than recommended.

13-190(a)(7) there was not a separate flowmeter for this system, even though the piping was separate from the other pool.

13-189(c)(2) The cyanuric acid was too high

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate. -flow meter was not functioning at time of inspection. -CPO verbalized that the plan was to replace flow meter.

13-189(a)(5): visible scum on pool surfaces shall be removed immediately. -observed considerable staining on the bottom of the pool.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual must be between 3.0-10.0ppm in all parts of the pool. Conducted many tests in which the chlorine was 11.2ppm, 10.7ppm, 10.6ppm, 11.02ppm, and 11.4ppm.

13-189(a)(5): pools shall be kept free from sediment and debris. There is severe staining towards return inlets.

13-189(c)(6): the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains are showing. The main drains are not visible. Maintenance supervisor added shock to the pool causing it to be super cloudy.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained between 3.0ppm and 10.0ppm. It was tested at 1.09ppm, 1.12ppm, 1.39ppm, and 2.32ppm

13-202(i): the float line shall be placed at the 5 foot marker where it indicates deeper waters. The float line wasn't set up but CPO fixed it.

13-189(a)(5): pools shall be kept free from sediment and debris. There is severe staining towards return inlets.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis. The pool shall have a minimum of 6 turnovers per day with a GPM at 77 but it was recorded at 45

13-201(c)(3): the bathrooms shall have a temperature range of 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The bathrooms did not have hot water.

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be free of dirt and debris via brushing and vacuuming. There was dirt in the pool. The pool surface may need to be brushed, acid washed, or resurfaced.
