13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours (pools). 6 hour turnover rate=58 gpm.
13-188(d)(1) Permanent depth markers shall be installed in feet and inches. Depth markers shall be arranged on both sides and both ends of the pool. Depth markers shall be on the deck and waterline tile. One side of the pool does not have depth markers. 3 1/2 tiles observed in two sections of the pool. Should be 3 FT 6 IN.

13-202(g) Emergency phone works. However, phone does not provide pool location to 911 personnel. Need to contact phone service to correct this issue.
13-189( c)(2) No stabilizing chemicals shall be utilized in any indoor pool. Observed stabilized chlorined intended for use in the indoor pool. Must be use unstabilized chlorine (liquid, salt, or bromine) for indoor pool.
13-197(i) No disinfectant added by hand as the primary method of adding disinfectant. Observed chlorinator without chlorine in it.
