13-189(c)(6): At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. The viewer shall be able to clearly distinguish the type, shape and number of openings of the main drain grates or covers. -Observed the pool too cloudy to see the main drains at all.

13-189(c)(1): The free-chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of between 3ppm to 10ppm. -Observed the free-chlorine residual concentration at 1.70ppm Chlorine.

13-190(a): Pumps shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition. -Observed one of two pumps leaking from bottom.
