Observed front service quat sanitizer bucket reading at 0ppm and the kitchen area reading at 100ppm. COS: Sanitizer bucket was remade to 200ppm.

Observed the 2023/expired food service posted. CA: Informed person in charge to post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. COS: Permit was printed to be posted.

Observed the gaskets and surface of the Delfreld reach in freezer and the walk in cooler to be unclean. CA: Informed person in charge to increase the frequency of cleaning out all nonfood contact equipment that is unclean to reduce food accumulation.

Sanitizer reading for dish sink that was set up was 0ppm Quat. Wiping cloth solution was also 0ppm Quat. COS- bag of sanitizer replaced and sink refilled now reading 200ppm Quat
