Observed the shelves in the walk in cooler to be rusty. CA: Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be made of materials that do not allow the migration of deleterious substances or impart colors, odors, or tastes to food and under normal use conditions, and shall be safe durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Floor of the walking freezer, walk-in cooler and the facility is unclean with dried liquid, debris and food debris. Floor tiles in the facility are broken and need to be replaced.
