No hot water was observed at hand wash sink located near the bulk ice machine. Hot water in the kitchen staff bathroom takes almost 20 mins to get warm. Also plumbing fixture at hand wash sink has a very poor configuration you have to push a timed faucet down as well as use the push pedals. This does not meet food code and needs to be fixed with adequate plumbing faucet. HAND WASH SINK shall provide temperature d water at 85 degrees through mix valve or combination faucets. -- Sink near bulk ice machine has both push knob and foot pedals to operate to get water.

No hot water observed at 1 handwash sink and didn't reach proper hot water temp at second hand wash sink plumbing need to be corrected to where all hand sinks have hot water available.
Grease build up on fire suppression line and on back wall plating (not necessarily on vent plates). Need to be wiped down and cleaned.
