Observed facility utilizing time as a public health control without a time marking indicating the 4 hour limit for pizzas, strombolli, sandwiches, pastas, meat balls and salads on front food line in front service area. CA: Food utilizing time as a public health control must be marked to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is rendered a time/temperature control for safety food COS: PIC set timers for each food item utilizing time as public control

Observed black and pink soil buildup on ceiling inside ice machine in main kitchen area. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned inside ice machine
