Regulation: 511-6-1.05(1)(i) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed unsealed wood in the dry storage area and at the bar. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

Observed that not all fixed-in-place equipment, such as sink, are not properly sealed to the wall. CA: Non-easily moveable equipment shall be sealed to the floor/wall.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed damaged ceiling tiles in several places. CA: Facility shall be maintained in a state of good repair.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed that in the dry storage area, the walls and ceiling tiles were black; observed that the epoxy on the concrete floors in some areas is wearing down. CA: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be easily cleanable; shall be light in color to ensure that dirt and grime are easily observed so that it can be cleaned.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed dry storage area is very dark; lights out/missing. CA: Lighting intensity shall be appropriate.
