Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed in-use utensil being stored in a wet wiping cloth bucket with rags that are soiled/actively being used causing the in-use utensil to be dirty. COS. Removed. Code: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed that the facility was date marking items for 8 days instead of 7. COS. dates were changed. Code: Prepared TCS food and manufactured food that is opened shall be date marked to be discarded within 7 days with the day of preparation being day 1.
