observed employee at the front counter working with food while wearing fingernail polish. COS. Employee washed their hands and donned gloves. Code: A food employee shall not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food unless gloves are worn.

Observed no trash can in the main kitchen area. Code: A receptacle shall be provided in each area of the food service establishment or premises where refuse is generated or commonly discarded,

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Wall near the handwashing sink in the main kitchen is damaged. Code: physical facility shall be maintained in and in good repair.
