Observed unlabeled chemical bottles stored in the kitchen. COS. Labels made. Code: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers must be labeled with the common name.

Observed accumulation of debris and food on the inside of reach in coolers and freezers. Code: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be clean and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.

Observed employee drinks in non single-use cups and stored above food prep surfaces. COS. Drink removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be in a single-use cup with a lid and a straw and handled to prevent contamination.

Observed employee wearing a watch while handling food. COS. Watch removed. CA: With the exception of a plain band ring, no jewelry shall be worn on the hands or wrists to include medical information bracelets.

Observed wiping cloths stored in sanitizer not at the correct concentration. COS. New sanitizer buckets made. CA: Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer at the appropriate concentration between uses.

Observed the sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was not at the required concentration. COS. Facility will hand pour sanitizer until dispenser is fixed. CA: When manual ware washing, the sanitizer shall be at the appropriate concentration.
