Observed employee drinks not stored in a single-use cup with a lid and a straw stored with cooking equipment and clean utensils and equipment. COS> Removed. Code: Employee drinks shall be in single-use cups with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination.

Observed to-go cups being used as scoops; observed scoop handles stored in product in prep top coolers. COS. Removed. Code: Scoops shall have handles and handles shall be stored above the line of the product to prevent contamination.
