The PIC will have the walk in freezer serviced and take steps to prevent ice accumulation on boxes of packaged foods. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.

PIC says heating element went out and they are working on having it repaired. This will be rechecked by the Health Department in 30 days. Also discussed leaving walk-in freezer turned on when unloading trucks because of demand placed on unit.
